This mix has some of the more contemporary hits of the 80’s. Hence, it includes a few lame-ish tracks (like Take My Breath Away, Eye of the Tiger and Ghostbusters) but you can’t just ignore all the cheesy parts of an era when making an era specific mix.

Another workout mix. My first experiment with a mix targeted at use on an elliptical. This also seems to be the correct speed for a power brisk walk.

I put together a running mix. With average strides one should be able to do a 10 minute mile running to the beat of this mix. This stuff may be a little abrasive to your ears but I know some of you will like it.

Notice that some of the tracks at the end are around 80bpm but they still match up with the 160bpm tracks. Cool down is the last track.
